Mission - Global Impact
NewHope is committed to carrying out the Great Commission from our community and extending to the ends of the Earth. Our focus is on ensuring that those in the world who have never heard the name of Jesus would have this incredible privilege through our Global Impact Partners
MISSION MATTERS

PRAYER ITEMS
Muana and Villy, Thailand
“Lamoot has been faithfully attending church since the beginning of 2009. He was a monk for four years and was one of them who started the temple in our community. Leaving the monkhood, he worked in Bangkok and had enough to lead a stable and comfortable life. You may remember him as the person whom we have written about who had met with several accidents and lost his wife and daughter to another man a couple of years ago. It has been wonderful to see the progress he has made in his journey with God. At one of the community meetings he attended, he told the people that he could not do certain things like meditating and bowing to an idol because he was “studying” the Bible. When we had our last Leadership Training in January this year, he declared that he has decided to follow Jesus. Praise God for him! His explanation about “studying the Bible”, we believe, is a befitting response to people’s claim that Christian witnessing is all about “brainwashing”. Therefore, please pray for us and the Sa Fellowship as we continue to endeavour to help people search and find the Truth by studying the Scriptures and deciding for themselves.”
Jack and Jo, Thailand
A photo from our mission partners, Jack and Jo, has come through for the church building that we have helped to support through Target Thai last year. Be encouraged that this church will reach more people with the message of Jesus.
Phil and Carol Short, Niger
Please continue to pray for the Fulfulde Ministry Training Center. The school director wrote that the first month has gone well with the students learning quickly. Pray for the students and their teachers during this three month dry season course, in 40 degree plus temperatures – for good health, safety, diligence and ability in study, and for God’s protection against hostile forces. Pray for Phil’s preparation to teach evangelism as a subject in April.
Pray
Pray for our 18 Global Partners, located in urban and rural setting throughout Thailand, Africa, China, Russia, East Timor, PNG and Indonesia, along with those who are based right here, and effecting global change from home.
